Finally some good news! I am from Vancouver and my oath was virtual on the 21st (10:30 am slot) with the Winnipeg office. Today I got an update on my account. On the 29 of November (today) my status was updated and it says my file was completed on the 25th of November.

The email for test and/or oath will have a 3 letter code in the sender's address. E.g.
SCR- Scarborough, NGF-Niagara falls, MTL- Montreal etc

Im sure we will get something tomorrow. Im also a Vancouver applicant, Surrey to be more accurate. I guess we are in same boat. It takes them 2 days to update portal. And yes they update the portal between 12:00 am and 3:00 am. So i will be anxiously waiting for today as If it would have been updated on Monday then it will come on portal tonight.
