I just got of the phone with IRCC. The Agent I spoke to mentioned that everything is great on my profile and the Vancouver office has to contact me for the oath ceremony, he didn't give a time frame as to when this is going to happen

Everything shows completed now. Oath says not started and no email either

I could connect it IRCC. They said the local Vancouver office is busy scheduling oath for people waiting for 2-3 years. All applications that are oath ready are in ‘Q’. It will happen in one years time. Grrrr

Hello, any insights on what's thr average wait time between oath and getting passport ? Can we travel outside Canada in that period bw oath and receiving passport ?

All steps were marked complete for us in mid November but waiting for oath still

As to the travel you can, but the problem is you need the passport to return.

The PR will be cut infront of the judge into 4 pieces. You wouldn't be needing it cos you would have become a citizen. That's the more reason some people wait to the get their passport or reschedule the oath ceremony.

Hi,
It's been almost a year since applied for citizenship. Only test is complete and other than that none of the other items are complete in the application. Is there any way through which we can contact IRCC or request an update on the application?

Tried calling the contact center, but in vain.
