HI! according to your profile it looks like we have the exact same AOR and SA Dates. My husbands got forwarded to the Singapore office but I still only have two lines, any one have any idea when i can expect a third line?
Btw thanks to everyone posting, it's so encouraging seeing all the SAs and the AORs!
My husband is a citizen of Malaysia, living and working there. I'm a citizen of Malaysia as well, and a PR of Canada for about 9 years now.
Sponsorship
We received your application to sponsor null XXXXXXXXXX's on December 11, 2015.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 4, 2016.
We started processing your application on February 3, 2016.
Permanent Residence
We received null XXXXXXXXXX's application for permanent residence on December 11, 2015.
Medical results have been received.
The application was transferred to the Singapore visa office. Does anyone have a similar timeline/VO/info to me?

Yep we do have the same timeline but my VO is in Manila.
I think the Manila VO is now charge of updating our PR application.
In your case, Singapore VO should update your application.
Expect them to insert a second line saying that they started processing your application and the medical result received will be moved down to the 3rd line.
Not me. We put together our sponsorship and permanent residency applications ourselves. I hired an immigration consultant to review the applications and make suggestions/recommendations, or highlight anything that was missing. I'm glad I did. She pointed out that my wife had lived in another country for three years, and therefore a police certificate would be required from that country. It was a complete oversight on my part. It turned out to be very difficult to obtain that police certificate, so I'm glad it was brought to my attention sooner rather than later.
