When they replied to your email, was the info they gave helpful?

Not at all, like moochops said it basically just said "we sent you mail" lol

Life is tough for Pakis.... Our file goes to Ottawa or Islamabad.. We have to wait long. Other applicants getting visa in 6 months from Ottawa..

Yes, you can check your notes after a decision. It can be interesting.

I don't know about that ............ it was bad enough checking emails every 5 mins for ppr, now there's the slight possibility of a COPR direct in the mail ?? I'll have to go and camp out at the post office, seeing as we only get mail delivered out here in the middle of nowhere twice a week!!!!!!!

But Shylox had warning - Decision Made in ECAS, so she knew something was up (finally, ECAS gave some indication what was going on!).

For the rest of us (unless there's been some miraculous policy change), I think waiting for a PPR email is what's going to happen, and there's no sense checking the mailbox. Of course, easy for me to say, since we have a mail slot in our front door!

True, the call center and Ottawa both also confirmed that something had been sent to us as well. It didn't just "appear", well it did, but it didn't at the same time lol

I would have to agree that you guys should probably expect a PPR because my situation definitely seemed out of the ordinary and that's why Im so curious to order the notes and see what happened. Plus what else am I suppose to do until I can land? lol
