COPR and Travel Restrictions

hi... i've received back our passports with CoPR yesterday. but we cannot travel yet..

yes..my sister in Quebec.. but my lawyer said that if i get the AL i can go for a visit only and i cannot confirm the landing as PR.. besides, my family will not get the AL.

Dear friends, I am COPRer after 18 march, and also have AL beacause I am extended member of Canadians(my sister and my parents). The fact is that I travel with my wife and 2 kids who also have COPR and I am principal applicant(PA). Is there anyone successfully travel to Canada with only AL of PA? By the way, I sent other applications for AL for my wife and 2 kids 3 days ago, but I don't know they will approve them or not?

After waiting them over 01 hour on phone, I reached IRCC staffs(CBSA) , they told me that " Actually, everyone needs their own AL, but relatively, the PA (with COPR post 18th March)is the one who have PR with AL, and your spouse and your children are your immediate family members so they will not ban us to enter Canada from the same flight. So far, there are no case being banned to enter Canada like that. The important thing is the airline allow you to board the flight or not. With CBSA, it's not their concerns.". By the way, I sent other emails to IRCC for AL for other family members, but still have no news (I used the IM006 documents which state I have sister in Canada). Next week, I will use the IM006 of my mother in Canada for my children, and hope they will have AL for them as they are also extended family member of my mother, but for my wife there is no luck to have IM0006 for herself. So at the boarding time, we will go to airport together, in worst case, if my wife is not allowed for boarding at the same time with me and my children, she will take the other flight in the next 2 days( But I think It may not be happened).

I have called cbsa yesterday and they told me only i can travel on AL and my wife need to wait. So i m totally confused now what to do

yes CoPR issued 1/3/2021 valid until 15/7/2021.. visa office amman.. you?

Hi guys,

My wife and I are approved PR's (CoPR issued after 18 March and now expired), and my wife has already accepted an offer of admission from the University of Toronto for master's degree. I contacted IRCC about this to see if we can be granted exemption, but no response. Do you guys have any idea about what we should/can do? Can she apply for study permit as international student and I be her accompanying family member?

Hi.. they say that they will start opening once they reach 75-25 vaccination (1st and 2nd dose) hope they do it fast..
when is your CoPR expiry date?
