I have also booked the air Canada for 12th January first and then postponed for 14th February and thus one is also near and my CoPR is valid till 30th of March. And I haven't got the authorization letter from IRCC yet. So, I don't know what to do.

I guess I need to postpone it again as I don't have the authorization letter. Can some of you tell me if my cousin brother comes in extended family member as he is living there. And please provide me the CBSA email address and phone number in canada. May be he can get something from them over there

Given all that is going on, postponing your travel would be a wise decision. I don't think cousins come under extended family member per definition mentioned on IRCC website. It is only sibling, half-sibling and step-sibling.
I have called CBSA to clarify few times on questions I have had in the past at (204) 983 3500.
regarding the AL to reunite with extended family member (my sister) do i have to go to the same province? and i think i have to submit 4 forms to get 4 AL right?
Guys, in ArriveCan app, if you say No to travel exemption and select Foreign worker, you can read something like : a foreeign worker is someone who has work permit , is applying for one or does not need a work permit (copr holder? As soon as he is PR )
My question is as follow: if one has a job offer can he get an AL under foreign worker ?
So, you qualify as sibling to the extended family member in Canada, but how about your spouse and kids? What relation would they fall under the extended family?

If your relationship is with a Canadian citizen, person registered under Canada’s Indian Act or permanent resident, you must be
in an exclusive dating relationship, have been in the relationship for at least 1 year and have spent time in the physical presence of that person at some point during the relationship
You and the person you’re in the relationship with must both be 18 years of age or older.
a non-dependent child (adult child)
a grandchild (dependent child of a non-dependent adult child)

Thsnks for the information. One if my friend asked consultants and they said that if your COPR is through PNP then you need to worry about it. If through express entry then you don't need to worry about authorization letter. So, can you please clarify this.

One of the least reliable sources imo<consultants>.
Across the forums multiple pnps landed while EE stayed back since there is no job offer and is not exempted. By default most pnp applicatants are already employed or have standing job offer which makes them exempted.
I have post march COPR n visitors visa. I received authorization letter but they refused AL to my spouse n kids. Can I still travel to canada along with my kids on this approved AL.

i don't know..it is confusing.. in Canada is my sister, so she's my daughters' aunt.. i am not sure what does it mean, however i read somewhere that the relation between my sister and my wife is considered also extended family member.. i will wait for the passports and CoPR.. then apply and see.. but it seems in Canada, they will be opening gradually, Legault (Quebec) announced that they will reopen shops and some malls.. but no gatherings.. same will happpen in other provinces.. Also Trudeau announced that the vaccines will be produced in Canada as well, which means faster vaccination..
