Nope, within Europe you need a vaccination passport to travel without quarantine rules.
Here (in the Netherlands) they tell us now that 1 dose is enough to get such a passport

i am not talking about travelers within europe.. they are saying that it will be open for everybody.. it seems Canada will follow

According to some calculations.. by may 30, the 75% milestone (first dose) will be met... i would give it 10 days to get some good news....

Hi Everyone, my spouse and I have post March 18 COPR and a valid Visa and I'm the primary applicant. My spouse also just got a job offer from a Canadian company and has a brother in canada who is a PR.

Does your wife have a visitor visa or work permit? If work permit, she can travel. If visitor visa, she needs written authorization to travel. As for you, you really can’t. Her brother is not your family member and you don’t have a job offer.
