Common law sponsorship

Hello. I applied end of the January for common law sponsorship and open work permit with my fiancée ( he is Canadian citizen) inside of Canada. We still didn’t get any information about open work permit application. I know processing times are postponed but we still don’t have reference number or any information that application was processed. They just asked us if biometrics fee are paid but without asking to provide biometrics. Do you know what that means and if the application moved in process? Thank you

No I was on visitor visa in the time I applied.

i am sending my common law application with open work permit next week what time frame should i expect ?
