Ok so maybe they printed etc on 12 which is what the agent said and actually posting was 13. Thanks for letting us know.

yup. Also with the package is a letter explaining that they have cancelled the previous certificate with number KXXXXXXXX. So they really printed one before but Adriana ate it. Or used it in the toilet.

That is good that there is an explanation for the previous certificate, may be needed in the future, like a canceled passport or something. Adriana is really something! Don’t know how many were affected by one person. Right now I am really hoping Canada Post doesn’t mess up and delivers the certificate.

Today July 16 my ECAS change to COMPLETE --but TRAKER still show in Progress ( i think Mon day will change to CLOSE -- Yesterday when i called the IRCC call cent - they told me that is -- my file updated -confirming receive my signed Oath form --

ha ha, i have not checked the mail today, but I think might be delivered later on the week, more like Thus-Fri for me, since im in BC, pretty far.

Not yet from the cert .. but today the new tracker updated to -CLOSE- on date Jul 15 .. i called IRCC help line--they told me there is no update on my file for shipping the Cert ---

Hello, My application changed to completed on July11th and updated next day July 12th as closed. I read in this forum saying that, when the tracker gets completed, that is the day they ship the certificates. Is that true? My oath is done from Niagara office on July5th. Waiting on certificates to be received. Please can someone share your experience. Thanks,
