Citizenship certificate not received

Hello, My application changed to completed on July11th and updated next day July 12th as closed. I read in this forum saying that, when the tracker gets completed, that is the day they ship the certificates. Is that true? My oath is done from Niagara office on July5th. Waiting on certificates to be received. Please can someone share your experience. Thanks,

technically Yes, when your file closed, they should have printed and mailed the certificate. there are cases, however, Black hole will swallow your certificate and no one will know what happened, and you won't get it. and then they will have to issue new one after 8 weeks. (this happens to few unlucky individuals like me) hopefully you get yours in about 10 days if everything goes well.

have you applied urgent / express, what is the paperwork requirements?

i did an urgent service (270$) (travel in less than 48h).You should have a proof of travel like confirmed flight tickets or hotel if travelling by land.

Keep copies/scan of certificate before you apply fir passport as you will need to send the original certificate (if apply by mail)

Just got my whole family certificates in one envelope. File closed as approved on July 12th and mailed on July 14th received on July20th NGF office. Thanks everyone. Its the time to chase for passport.

Hi Everyone, I did my oath on 13 July and the oath complete update happened on 15th and application closed on 18th. I called IRCC this morning, they informed me that the office sent your certificate on 15th from winipeg. I am in edmonton. How long does it usually take to receive the certificates?

Certificate Printed: 13th July
Cert. Shipped: 18th July
