Changing DLI before entering Canada.

Hi, I am an international student currently in my home country. I have already completed 1 semester online at my current university and have put in a transfer request to another university. I am planning on traveling in July but I have received an offer letter from the university I have put a transfer request in and only have a month to accept it, So my question is can I accept the transfer request before flying and change DLI in my account when I reach Canada? because classes will start in September. Will it alarm border services or not?

you will need to re-apply for study permit or contact ircc and it will take time. do it after landing

Ofcoarse I will change DLI in my account once I land I wanted to ask if I accept the offer letter will the IRCC know about it? and will it make any difficulty for me once I land?

look it is really advisable to keep your study permit and ucrrent DLI then land with your lao and study permit approval. you will get Study permit in port of entry. then after you get your study permit. you can change your DLI easily.
