Changing country while medical test (sputum test) in progress?

Hey guys.

I will be applying soon and will be getting a medical exam. I am sure that I will be referred to a TB expert after my chest xray. I know they need to take the sputum test + xray after 3 months. I am currently in USA and will be moving back to my home country shortly after the application filing and the medical test. I wanted to ask if the CIC will allow me to get the 2nd xray after 3 months from my home country? Does it need to be the same physician as my initial one? My USA visa is expiring soon and I am sure I will not be able to stay after 3 months of medicals to get the 2nd xray.
