Hi all

wondering if anyone knows this, heres the story:

me and my partner had our medicals and hers came back that she had to do a sputum test. However she could not do a sputum test (no cough or sputum to bring up), so CIC have just asked for a repeat xray in 6 months.

Whilst waiting for this 6 month period to pass, my partner has been to her own doctor and specialist as she thought she should get it checked out. The consultant said even her original xray looks fine and there is no sign of TB. He has given her a blood test (IGRA), to double check for TB in her.

My question is, if this comes back negative, would CIC accept this?

any experience with this would be good.

anyone know about this?

Unfortunately, I do not think so. I think they just want to be careful and accept what they requested.

With that being said, you may contact them to see if they accept any alternative stuff.
