Don't! Find something that distracts you. This is not healthy for your mental health.

I was in the same situation, stopped checking this since March 16.

Just check once or twice per week!

Yeah, I'm past my frustration phase... I'm now indifferent LOL.

I wish, even if I got rejected, that they could send me an email asap so I can plan for something else. Waiting is not scary, the scary part is not knowing how long we have to wait.

What does your Background check say currently? 'Application in progress...' or 'We are processing...'

But in tracker it changed to complete on 21st.

On tracker it was completed early Feb. It changed to "we are processing ..." on cic at the same time.

So if there is everything completed for you in the tracker then check whether the COPR has also appeared/issued or not yet... seems that portal email is around the corner...

Maybe in one or two week you can expect the portal. In my tracker also , everything completed on 8th still no update. Maybe they send you the portal early. Lol. I pray all my brother and sisters get portal emails soon. I know it’s too damn frustrating . But atleast we have this forum to vent !! God speed !!!
