Does anyone know how long it will take to get Biometric Instruction Letter?

I am travelling outside Canada in December 2022, and I submitted my application on November 3rd 2022, if it comes in the last week of November then I won't be able to submit Biometrics in 30 days' time.

if you already have biometrics done in last 10 years they should be able to use that
