Yeah, I saw that a lot of people are stuck, but I just saw a few posts so far with Background Check and Eligibility as Not Started, which is what's making me worried.
For others, mostly at least one of the things is complete or In Progress.

I also got that update on the 20th. Called IRCC and it was because of my GCMS Notes requested. Did you check GCKey if there are any messages?

I think it's because of your GCMS Notes request. Call IRCC just in case there are other changes.

How and where to submit additional document? I submitted an old medical before and I did a remedical even if they didn't request for it yet since I am seeing a lot of applicants who submitted old medicals and are getting remedicals.

I am getting the below warning in the portal. Has anyone else faced the same issue? I got mine from london drug
Warning: Your photo does not meet the following requirements:

• Brightness: Your photo may be too bright or too dark.
• Pixel Range Requirements: Your photo does not have a pixel range between 715x1000 and 2000x2800 pixels.

It is encouraged that you edit the photo using the photo editing tool or upload a new photo that meets all requirements. If you cannot edit the photo, an IRCC agent can do so on your behalf when reviewing your case file. The IRCC agent will then deem your photo acceptable / unacceptable for your PR card.

You can try editing your picture online for the required pixel size, or else you can just upload what you have.
One of my friend had the same errors and he was told by ircc to upload what he had in this case and they said that the agent who will process their file for pr card will make the required changes.

Yes I did on Mar 4 I received my cbsa notes maybe that's the reason why I had that update. But for Mar 22 I am not sure why

Can someone help me understand GCMS from IRCC please:
I see "review required" for eligibility but couldn't find what it was for. There's no separate Eligibility section in notes like it does for Info sharing, criminality, medicals etc.
