This gives me hope that GUs can happen between long period of time. For some people I know, they have very close GUs.

Many people from Vancouver as SVO are in a similar situation (Nothing changed since Jan 31.)

Nice!!! Did you also have a Ghost Update on Jan 31 (or around that time) for your Background check? A bunch of Vancouver VO saw that mass update.
