I understand the PNP process is different than CEC. I think Security and Background is done before Eligibility. You sound pretty close!
I haven't found anything on the web that says that (only that it starts early). But the way I see it, why go through the hassle of doing a background check / police check, if they don't even know if you're eligible haha.
Could not resist trying to call, and getting straight through with a call back seemed like a sign.
Agent said my file is going very smoothly. Security and Criminality were completed today (weird as I was told it hadn't been started and the portal says the same?).
He said the only thing left is my Info Sharing, which seemed odd as this was completed when I called in January. He did say this is pretty normal, and the next stage will be the portal email. Fingers crossed! And I pray for everyone else!!!

I think what they are doing is a "Last In First Out" type of process and not "Stack In Stack Out"-sort of thing. Kind of weird and unfair but we can only hope for better things.

That's true! Seems backwards to do it within even peaking at your eligibility... hoping for the best!

Looks normal considering the fact you had seperate GU for med and bio which are normally one. You should expect portal email coming soon.

I filled one more web form today and got an email saying it has been attached to my file. My AOR is Nov 30 (CEC Inland with dependents) and am super tensed about what’s going on. Last time when I checked with the agent my eligibility and security had not started. Tried around 30-40 times to connect to an agent today but couldn’t.

Caught my 3rd GU today. Called IRCC yesterday and they told me Security hasn’t started yet. So hopefully it’s complete now.
