Called IRCC today and got the following info:
Criminality: passed
Eligibility: not started

In addition to the above, I got a ghost update today (Jan 31).
When I logged in, the "application status" column showed "application/profile updated". Specifically, the "additional documents" section changed from "we are reviewing..." to "not applicable". The "additional document" in question was the biometric fee payment receipt I'd uploaded on Nov 29. No change to eligibility, background, and final decision sections.
All my fingers and toes are crossed and my heart is about to explode.

As for today - medical: passed, info sharing: complete, criminality: in progress. The rest had not yet started, no movements, no GU's, nothing at all. The file is untouched since AOR.

Seems that a couple of other folks with the same AOR 17 and AOR 18 already posted the same issue with file is assigned to an inactive officer.
Assuming it’s GU2 anyway, my application is with my consultant and changed to “in progress”. Would love to know what it means but can’t reach call center agent.
