We almost have the same timeline. I received my AOR on Nov 17. Bio Linked is Dec 1st. Hoping I receive my Visa Email soon! :)

What stream are you? CEC?
I do not think PAL is associated with CEC?
Approval Email - PPR (Outside Canada applicants) - Portal 1 (Inside Canada, miss PPR) - Portal 2 - eCOPR - PR Card?
Someone correct me if I am wrong please!

The IP1/IP2, GU1/2/3 thing is not definite. Please remember this, I am as eager as everyone else to get the approval email. However, some applicants never receive GU, and others are approved after GU1 (Please read older approval posts). We all know how inconsistent IRCC is, each profile in the portal seems to be updated differently. Due to this, everyone's application is going to be different, unfortunately.

Same AOR as me, and I believe we both have 1 dependent too?
Very very similar applications.

I am also just waiting on Security now. It's has not yet been started!

Same AOR as mine. I received an RPRF Request Letter on January 26 and called IRCC the day after and they said Eligibility is passed. The security and background check haven't started yet. We almost have the same timeline and my background check is still "In Progress"

I checked this website from IRCC and it says that if an applicant didn't pay RPRF upfront and received an RPRF Request letter in the middle of the application, it means the PR Application is approved.

Who knows what to do if the file is assigned to the inactive officer?
AOR: Nov 17
As for today - medical: passed, info sharing: complete, criminality: in progress. The rest had not yet started, no movements, no GU's, nothing at all. The file is untouched since AOR.
PVO Sydney, SVO Ottawa.
Seems that a couple of other folks with the same AOR 17 and AOR 18 already posted the same issue with file is assigned to an inactive officer.
