Cant link my IRCC secure account with Family sponsor visa application

Hi guys,
We received an email from IRCC stating that now we can link my IRCC account wit our application for outland Family sponsor visa, but i have attempted many times to link it but its not happening. The system is not finding our application. Can you suggest what to do?

Wait for a few days before linking it. Try to include the sponsor in the number of applicants eg. if you have 1 applicant, you will have to add "2"

no result! i tried to add sponsor into total number of applicants and still cant link it.

Make sure to use the complete names as they appear on the passports. Additionally, be sure to count everyone in the application, including the Sponsor, the Principal Applicant (PA), and any dependents. Good luck!

I did already and i use UCI number and application number, so i dont even use names. Any other tips before calling IRCC??
