Unable to link application in IRCC secure account

Hi,

I am sponsor for my father, earlier we had a representative and she was not helpful therefore last week submitted request to cancel the representative and also got the confirmation, however when I am trying to link an application in IRCC secure account then getting below error. Has any faced similar issue and how it was resolved ?

We see that you have a representative tied to this application. Your representative has access to your application.

Finally I got my own answer. I had to reattached the same cancel representative form then it proceed further and linked the application.
