Hi guys,
Applied for sponsor visa for my wife and 2 kids and can access application tracker where it says eligibility is pending/processing, received AOR, but cant link my application into GCkey account. Do you know why?

Did you try to include "the sponsor" in the number of applicants? like instead of "3" your wife + 2 kids, try 4 (include you in there)
