Canada Post Xpress mail within Canada and Fedex to the US as i know.

Application sent - Apr 06
Application delivered - Apr 10
Credit card charged - Apr 26
Passport sent to me - May 3
Passport delivered to me - May 7

I have applied passport by mail april 6 2024
Delivered on April 9 2024
Credit card charged on April 25 2024
Citizenship certificate returned on 6 may 2024

Application status still showing as we received your application and called today passport office and officer told me application didn’t approve yet.
Officer has flagged issue with respected office.
How Long does it take to receive my passport?

CC charged today. However the status indicates something wrong. Does anyone has the same message status recently?

I called, they said there is a clerical error on their side, however did not provide any specific information what is going on. In the end, gave me another file number (which could not be tracked so far).

Not the first time someone's mentioned this in this thread. I remember someone saying they also got this message but their CC got charged. Eventually they got their passport without taking any action. Any chance you are applying from the US? I think that had been the case of that person.
