Canadian Passport - Mail-In Application Timelines

this is what I'm seeing. Some folks here said it would change to printed and mailed but so far for me it just says we are now processing. I'm assuming when Fedex eventually picks up the package, it might change.

And, I think 20 days is more like what they are shooting for, but mine has been there for over 20 days already since the day they received a complete application.

Yeah it’s getting a bit annoy now. Did you guys request the reference number when you try look up the status? I requested a couple times but didn’t get any number so I can’t even look up the status.

If you put your email address on the application, they will email you the number when you fill out that form on their website. If you don't get the number, it is likely that the info you put in do not match the application or the application is not yet in the system.

So that means, it will keep showing this same status until 20 business days are complete? it's almost 17 days now

It will change once they mail it, possibly a couple of business days after.

I call last Thursday and I have mail out date April 8th. Zzzz idk why they are so slow.

I called today and they say application is approved and it was sent to print. Tracker information doesn't show anything you will have to call if you want real information

Looks like it’s 1.5 week (more or less) after CC is charged.

I have realised that i select mastercard instead visa credit card
How can i currect this?
Do they will return application?
