I sent a web form thinking I would get a reply next week with tracking information and stuff. They actually replied a few hours after I sent it saying my application is in process lol I am going to ping them again mid next week. Did you?

Yes , I did call them . They provide me the file number and said , you will get passport in 4 weeks. But i think after credit card is charged , we get the passport in a week or two. No tracking info provided.
