Does your passport said it has been issued in Ottawa ?

Nope, issuing authority is Saint-Laurent, which is just beside Pointe-Claire. But the tracking for the passport itself says it shipped from Ottawa. I had to call to get my tracking number but I called yesterday morning and the delivery notice was dropped to my place yesterday afternoon.

Hi, I see it took you 1 month to get your passport. I'm hopeful now that I don't have to wait 2 months. Quick two questions;
where can we see our passport printing date? Is there anyway to track the whole process?

It was no caller I’d. And asked nothing about me just gave me info that application is in Calgary and will ship it by April 21st. Do people usually get these types of call?

Since no info was asked, it does not look like a fraud.
