You should have canada post tracking info.

I submitted in person on June 18, after that the tracker showed the application received and is being processed. Pickup date will be July 3. Now I checked the tracker again and it said "we can't give you status right now". What does it mean? I am confused.

It is on the receipt that was handed back to you once you applied for passport.

It is on the front side of the receipt, sometimes it is mentioned as reference number sometimes it is file number

the anticipated mailing date is Jun 25.
Today is Jul 04 and the status still in processing. no any updates..

Anticipated Date : 14th June
Mailed out : 20th July
Delivered : 25th July

Called Service Agent twice during the process

I had the same issue with my son's application. His name had a typo when the service canada employee filled-in the application. I called passport canada and corrected it. You can check the receipt to see if there is an issue with the name.
