Edit: The post office left a pick-up delivery slip and I had to go to the post office mentioned on the slip the next evening, show ID, sign, and then pick up my passport envelope.

Did you status change from Processing? I opted for express pick 2 days but I still see the status as Processing.

Please wait two business days after the ceremony before applying for a passport or other government services.

I think the wait is for paper certificate, in case the clerk has not finalized the application the service canada won't be able to verify the certificate. For e-certificate, by the time you get it it's already in the system.
