Hello to all
I have doubt regarding canadian work experience
My situation is that I have work experience of NOC B from June 2019 to Jan 2020
And October 2021 to till now working same noc and title
CEC says within 3 years have to complete 1 year work experience but suppose If draw comes after June 2022 . So my 2019 experience will count or it decline . Can ayone clear my doubt ?

The work experience all needs to fall within the last three years at the time you submit your application for PR. So if you receive ITA in June 2022 and submit your application in July 2022 (for example), you'll lose your work experience from June and July 2019 since this work experience will fall outside of the 3 year window.

My pgwp is expiring next month April 25th what my options after that ?

Your employer files for a LMIA and shows no Canadian can do the job. Then you file for closed work permit. If not on April 25, you stop working. What country are your from?

It will not affect. My friend have 3 jobs in one year period of work experience and got his PR last year, he has different job title.

India, I asked my employer but their company not provide LMIA

This explain it better

• have at least 1 year of skilled work experience in Canada, in the last 3 years before you apply—you can meet this in a few different ways:
  • full-time at 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full-time (1,560 hours)
  • equal amount in part-time work:for example 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
    • You can work as many part-time jobs as you need to meet this requirement.
  • full-time work at more than 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
• have gained your work experience by working in Canada while under temporary resident status with authorization to work

I am asked to provide a 4 digit NOC code for my current work permit. I can't find that anywhere on my permit especially since it is an open permit. How do I tackle this please and thank you

A NOC isn’t on your permit (unless closed). A NOC is the job you do. What are you trying to do?
