For my part time, I only did 15hrs per week. Overall, I did 636.60 hrs based on my letter of employment.
For my full time, currently I’m on 921.4 hrs.

I did have casual also, I did declare it because it was the same NOC. But my casual position was from Nov 2019-Jan 2020. Will they consider those hrs I made on a casual basis?
As casual employee, I don't have guaranteed hours of work. As per my employment as casual, it was stated as:
"This letter is to confirm that X has been employed as a Casual employee at
X as a Registered Practical Nurse from September 12, 2019 to January
1, 2020. Her immediate supervisor was X, Director of Wellness.
She worked at a rate of $X per hour at 39.50 hours weekly scheduled, making a yearly
salary of $X I have attached a job description, listing all duties required for the
position."
So I am not sure if I should include this or not as it still within the NOC B.

If your T4 can corroborate the actual hours work, maybe you can use that? Just add an LOE that even though the reference letter states 39.5 hours weekly, you only work this # of hours per week during the duration of your contract. It can cumbersome for you to document the number of hours worked per week, but I think it would be worth it as the officer reviewing your file would be able to follow and understand the number of hours you actually worked and how it all totals to 1560 hours or more.
Okay. I'll have a look on my T4 for the casual position. I was planning to write an LOE anyways. Thank you so much for information. I'll follow-up with the office manager with this if they could give me an exact detail of the hours worked.
