It got earlier today the request from CPP-O in Eastern morning time:

Updated Proof of Funds (I submitted back in 2010, almost 3 yrs back)
RPRF fees (Never submitted earlier)

Hi Matt,

My work permit expired on august 2011 and I returned back to my home country Mexico. In March 2012 I received the medicals letter here and they asked me update the proof of funds and police clearence too.

Hi,

Hopefully you will have ur PPR soon. My Permit Expired last year too but I stayed on Visitor Permit thou.
 
Hi guys,

I am so happy to inform that finally letter has been arrived from CIC for submitting passport to new york office. Finally after 1 year of medical they asked me for passport submission. i have received letter of medical on April11 2012 and on april12 2013 for passport submission. It took 3 years but support of you guys was amazing during these period.
I feel so relieved. Anyone have submitted their passport to new york office? please let me know how many days new york office take to return the passport?

congrats for me it only took 2 weeks to get the passport back

I have received PPR April 12th. 3 and half years journey over.
