I did my medical on 8 June, medical reached to Ottawa on 27 June ... Submitted my FBI again last week...

If there are no visa left in the bag of buffalo VO. will it afact mychance of getting medical request in 2011. Now I am feeling that this wait is taking forever. I am waiting for the medical since may 2010 (date of my 2 nd AOR).

that is true for AEO (applying on basis of job offer) and first thing on CIC site, when u start exploring immigration as skilled worker.

That is also my question..... I will be very excited if we could only get MR in 2011....

Hi room3, I don't have a definitive answer but I guess this might very well be the case ... and that's probably happened to me too ...

I got +ve review from VO with interview waiver, request for POF, PCC, RPRF in January 2011 ... BUT no MR ... then everyone said in April 2011 visa quota is restored ... and I got MR in May 2011 ...

so even if you don't receive MR ... maybe you'll get something similar to what I got in January 2011 ... and that should give you an indication of where your file is heading ...

But looking at your 2nd AOR date (and also loveson's) I wish I wish you guys receive MR soon ... it's loooooong overdue

sure ... I try to send them an email once a month ... but not more than that lest they get irritated and stop replying to my emails ... so far I've gotten a reply to every email I sent within 2 or 3 days

Someone got email from Buffalo which said that they won't process federal skilled worker applications from January 2010 during the current calendar year.

Terrible!!!
