This is being too optimistic. I have found people on this forum, who have submitted their full docs. in March 2010 and still heard nothing regarding their 2nd AOR. Buffalo office is slow mannnnnnnn.
My guess is we should get our 2nd AOR by Feb. 2011. Hope I go wrong and we get second AOR before that.
Good to hear that your friend received 2nd AOR in 3 months. My lawyer told me while submitting my docs. that we should hear something back from Buffalo VO in 3 months time. But later I saw many people on other threads who are waiting since last 5-6 months without any news after submitting their full documents.
I hope we also receive 2nd AOR at the earliest. So if we consider same time duration for our case, we should get 2nd AOR in Nov end or Dec month.
Wow Sriusa that is very good; it took you 3 months and a half to get the 2nd AOR. Maybe that means that Buffalo will move faster than it did in the past. Let's hope will get the AOR in December. Buffalo received my full documents in August 31st.
