These times are not just the medical stage, if I understood you correctly ...

They refer to complete processing ... now my guess is that "complete processing" means "up to and including the stamping of visa" but not landing

But if it includes landing as well then that would be an awesome thing (though i doubt that's the case)

Two of my friends who got their 2nd AOR in June got Medical request last week. Both in Waterloo, ON. their time lines
CIO AOR : Feb/2010 Jan-2010
Doc Sent: Apr 2010 Apr 2010
Buffalo AOR : Both got in June one in first week and second one around 3rd week.
Meds Request: 12/08/2011 and 8/08/2011

I think we will be very excited about this news. But I am kind confused that why someone got their 2nd AOR in May did not get the MR yet?

Were your friend's files transferred from Buffalo to Detroit or any other office?

I have buffalo aor march 17,2010, still no medicals. . (although file was transfered later to NYC)

I got it from all the information in various forums, since some people posted and said that they landed, I checked their timeline.

But there might be a few exceptions.

To dream23:

You application was transferred to NYC. To some extent, you are not buffalo application anymore. Your timeline cannot be regarded by buffalo timeline. Just my thought...
