members i am a silent follower of this forum,and my file is transferred from buffalo to los angeles on 28th may2010.
waiting for medicals...........

My question to members is can we check the status of our file as many times we want ,because i check every tuesday,but i got roumour from few people that checking status many times can affect the process of the file. because they records of every time we check our status.and might they why person is so curious So does it really true or just nonsense roumour?????

I would call it non-sense rumor. If you are checking frequently that only means you are keen on moving to Canada, spend rest of the life there and want to contribute to that nation. It also says you are an ambitious person and want to stay on top of things so that you can better plan. All these are good virtues that any nation want in their citizens. Now if you write some kind of automatic script and bog down their system with multiple hits, I am sure is an offense.
Just my 2 cents.

I got an email today that they moved my file to New York. But no change in my e-case status.It is still showing pending review.

I received email yesterday saying my file has been transfered to New York office. People who has already received med request, can you share when did you receive file transfer update, I am trying to figure out how much time does it take after this phase.

And also It seems files are moving fast these days, which makes me excited and impatient ...
