I think on file transfer; applicant get e-mail notification. But some times status remains same 'received by va', for some days.

Thank you UN2CN and Pooja for your comment guys. i am pasting down information of ecas of my fileon cic.have a look down first ,to see. earlier it was showing from buffalo. because i send my documents to buffalo and my file no also came from there,on 3 march 2010. and on 27 may i got mail that file transfer to los angls.
but now it shows from december my file was in los angls.but its not true ,it got transfer in 27 may,hope u guys understand what i a m saying???????
is it slow down process ?? and its been 2 months my file transfer, no update??and by seeing here most of members who recieved 2 aor after me got medicals, just little worried ......
here how my ecas shows ;

We received your application for permanent residence on October 5, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on December 4, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Los Angeles office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the Los Angeles office on December 10, 2009. The Los Angeles office may contact you.

We transferred your application to the Los Angeles office on May 27, 2010. The Los Angeles office may contact you.

Hi buddy u get email notification if your file got transferred,and whithin few weeks, the status also get changed in ecas, file is being transferred and the date also mentioned,of your file transfer.
thats what happened in my case, and 4 of my friends i know ,whose files also transfered like this....

I do not think if there is anything to worry. It might be software mistake to say that file got transfered to LA in Dec.

I send my documents to buffalo and they transferred to la after sending 2 AOR.Anyways i think u r right pooja it may be a computer mistake. best of luck to you guys also. i dont know yet it is a advantage if your file transferred ,lets see......how long it takes.

if you sent ur documents to Buffalo it is not a computer mistake....

for me I sent my documents to N.S. and recevied AOR Dec 29 and then sent my application to Buffalo April 28 and received 2nd AOR May 11, however on Ecas it says, documents transfered to Buffalo Jan 5, 2010 (this was before I sent my documents to Buffalo).

So therefore I think the first time N.S. sends it to Buffalo and then you send a full hardcopy to Buffalo and that is was Ecas is telling you.
