Good post for those aspiring to apply in 2013. Which one is the designated credential assessment organizations in Delhi/India for Educational Credential Assessment (ECA)?
the rules are going to be different this time also as well..
Education
Bachelors = 21 max (no matter, how many years of education you have)
Masters = 23 max (no matter, how many years of education you have)
PHD's = 25 max
Experience
1 year = 9
2-3 years = 11
4-5 years = 13
6 years and above = 15 MAX
AGE
21-35 = 12 MAX
each year onwards will be reducing -1 till 49 (last age to apply)
IELTS
CLB 7 Standard (Mandatory) IELTS = 6 each = 16 points MAX
CLB 8 = IELTS --L=7.5 - R-W-S = 6.5 each = 20 points
CLB 9 = IELTS --L=8 - R-W-S 7 or above each = 24 points
Spouse
Canadian Exp = 5
Canadian Edu = 5
IELTS for spouse
CLB 4 = IELTS ---L4.5 - R=3.5 - W-S = 4 each = 5 points (MAX)
Thanks PMM. Any idea when are they likely to announce it. January end is approaching fast. Is Bachelors of Computer Applications (three years) done under distance learning mode accepted/eligible for FSW program.
