My wife landed in Toronto on June 22, 2014 by Intra Company Transfer(ICT). She went on worker visa. And I have Open Spousal Work Permit. Both of our visa is getting expired on Aug 25, 2014 hardly 2 more months.
For some reason, I'm unable to travel with existing OSWP.
I'm planning to apply for FSWP 2014 noc 2173 and has collected all document expect for IETLS score card, which i will get in July 7.
1) Please suggest me whether should i go ahead with apply FSW14 or is there any visa/program under which i can apply.
2) If my wife get WP extension, can i get WP extension easily or should i need to submit documents and apply new OSWP?
I have some questions, what is your area of study? I am wondering if I should apply under 4214 or 4151 but I have B.S degree. I have seen in Psychologists, It is listed at lease master's degree. Can you share a template of your employment letter or the key facts it.
I am a phd student and have completed 3 years of courses towards the PHD program, but my university in is the United States of America (USA) and not located in Canada. Do I qualify to apply under the FSWP- PHD CAP ?

Read the requirements below please
You must be either:
an international student enrolled in a PhD program in Canada who:
has finished at least two years of study toward a PhD,
is in good academic standing at the time you apply, and
did not get an award that requires you to return to your home country to apply your knowledge and skills.
OR
a graduate of a PhD program in Canada who:
graduated no more than 12 months before the date we get your application, and
did not get an award which required you to return to your home country to apply your knowledge and skills (or did, but have already met the terms of the award).
Since this is not your case,you do not qualify please.
I have sent my application yesterday only that will reach Immigration Office by 29th Nov most probably. I have applied under NOC 2133 ( Caps 412 up till now). Do I still have a chance ??
