This is another delay tactic. It's non-sense changes that they know that Independents in the Senate will say "Sure, why not. Barely changes a thing" but that they also know the HoC will reject. #Tactics

By the time this bill passes and becomes the law... and before the time 3/5 rule come into force... we all in this forum will be eligible to apply anyway.

Guys, there is no more "delay tactics" - they have allocated time for the bills C-4/C-6. They will have to vote once this time is up. Regardless the amendments/discussions/votes the vote on C-6 will happen at the end of allocated time. We have waited since June last year - can you wait another 2 sitting weeks (roughly a month because they do not sit for the last 2 weeks in April).

As Sen Jaffer mentioned in her tweet couple of day ago that they don't have a leader cons do.

The issue now is not as much of delay as it is about several amendments being proposed and passed while Liberals run around like clueless and headless chickens in the time before 03 May.

The HoC is not just going to roll over and accept several amendments. This bill is at serious risk of going into ping-pong and the delay there will be way more than the four weeks they now seem to have agreed upon.
