BC PNP Express Entry Requirements

Hey,
I can not find any detailed information about requirements for BC PNP. I have registered my profile in EE. My CRS points are 441. As far I know these points are not too good. The only way I have figured out to increase my points is through PNP.
Can you guys tell me the details about how can I proceed? I have applied in Electronics engineering category. How does this work? Do I have to arrange for a PNP in engineering category or Will it work if I arrange PNP from a restaurant as a Manager? The PNP time is more than 1 year while only I have 1 year of work permit. Where can I find all the details?

Kindly help, I hope this wonderful community will have answers for me. I am stressed about my residence in Canada.

BC pnp is closed right now. It will reopen early in Jan.
Not sure the requirement will updated. But I think it should be same.
bc pnp through express entry will not take 1 year. Mine only took two months.
I recommended to use your engineering job to apply as it has more skilled aspect than a manger in a restaurant.

Did they remove programs that have been filled up? Because I just saw PNP for jobs in oil industry, healthcare and graduates from natural sciences... Didn't see anything about restaurant managers or other fields
