I received an ITA from IIRC on Sept 4 and an ITA for BC PNP on September 14.
I've just uploaded and submitted the BC PNP application and there's just 34 days left to submit my Express Entry application.
Do I just submit the Express Entry application now? Or do I hold off until I receive the PNP?
If I submit the Express Entry docs, and receive PNP afterwards, will IIRC automatically increase my points?
And what if the officer looks at my application before I receive the PNP? Will they see that I've applied and wait until PNP is either approved or denied?
My express entry points are 472, so the PNP will just be adding to that amount.
Thanks for your response. It's particular to my own situation and work history, but I thought it would be wise to have the extra points that I would receive from PNP.
Then why does the BC PNP application for International Graduates require that you upload a copy of your Express Entry candidacy from CIC? And why does it ask you how many points you've received from CIC?
Once you create an EE profile and it's deemed eligible by the system you'll get a profile number and your CRS is calculated. That's proof of your candidacy.
However, the question is, why do you even bother with PNP when your CRS is 470+ and you already have an ITA. Sorry I really can't understand your thought process.

Hi, I applied for PNP because my work experience in the past 10 years was mostly self employed, so I'm write at the cut off point in terms of points at 472. By applying for PNP, it would boost up my points in case the immigration officer decided that my previous work experience wasn't valid as full-time work.
