Hi, do i need 1 year of experience to apply for bc pnp under express entry(cec)?

my plan is applying express entry next april when i have 1 year experience,

but before that(like when i have 10 months expreince), can i apply bc pnp under express entry first?so i can apply express entry right away when i have 1 year experience or i can apply bc pnp(ee stream) only once i have 1 year experience
