Hi i have one question regarding bc express entry pnp.in order to apply express entry pnp do i need to work for employer for one year or i can apply for pnp if i have job offer from employer ?? Plz help

Before apply BCPNP, you need to enter EE pool.

If you have worked 1+ year in your home country (meaning you qualify FSW), you can apply EE. If you haven't, you have to work in Canada for 1 year, thus qualify in FSW and CEC and then you can apply EE.
