We were refused a TRV last year and received a letter saying we did not submit an ARC yet they never sent us the form. When we asked about it early on in the application process, the reply was if required they would send us the instructions but they never did.

This time around we are applying for family reunification. Can anyone who has gone through the process of getting an ARC share the instructions or forms?

Sorry to hear that.. I will advice you go ahead with your family reunification application if the officer believes your relationship is true they will then ask you to submit arc...

You have to wait for the ARC request, Each one is different for each case. But you do have to write a letter about why you should be allowed back into Canada and the ARC fee.

We submitted our ARC November 2018. We have not heard anything yet. Hopefully, we will be approved any day yet!

Do you mean 2018 November or 2019 November ?
 
Hello Everyone , I have been a silent follower of this thread . I hope @aabiola and others who submitted their applications with in
the same time frame get to hear about their ARC soon.

I am submitting my application for outland spousal sponsorship on the 1st of Feb 2020,
as far as I am Concerned my V.O will be DAR ES SALAAM . and i'll be updating my posts so that anyone who goes through
the same thing won't have to read from a far down in the thread .

I would like to ask you guys a question , or two ;

1. I have just paid for my ARC fees $400 + 1500$ of Removal fees (i was deported on CBSA's expense ) and have the ARC explanation letter ready .
would it be okay to include the Receipt and the ARC letter in the application package ? just to avoid the exchange of emails that inquire of an ARC in the final stages of the application
