What’s the issue with creating tracker account my friend?

No Idea.. I'm getting this error message
Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

Oh I have this document number in my tracker as well. I know I sound stupid but people were saying that it is still uncertain and that had me scared

Had the same issue. I had to put my full name under “family name” and leave “given name” blank. Try this might work for you.

Criminality : passed
Info sharing : in progress
Security : not started

The status of background check is same since starting.

today I received ghost update in gc key, nothing is updated yet. I think it could be Background check updates.
