Call IRCC and inquire from the agent specifically about the status of info sharing and criminality and security. Tracker doesn't show it.

Eligibility (a.ka. A11.2 assessment) is the stage where they check if you're eligible for the stream/program you applied for based on the documentation you submitted against the CRS score for that draw. Background is where they verify everything if all the documents you submitted are legitimate along with admissibility requirements.

Yes,
I received AOR on 23rd August, Biometric passed on 8th Oct, and Medical Passed on 11th OCT. Since then no update. Both Eligibility and Background checks are in progress and I'm unable to create the Tarcker account as well.
