HI I have a question for you guys. I am a sponsor and my spouse is working in UAE untill December 2017, after that she will be returning her home country(India) permanently. So if CIC send her file to UAE VO for processing, what happens after December. I know she needs to update her home address but I am wondering that they will gonna forward her file from UAE VO to India VP

The visa office where your application is processed is based on the country your passport is from, not the country in which you live.

August 22 and they received it august 24.

so you guys work through email or send original documents by post office?

who told you that online account is reluctant?
Did you wait for CIC to request pcc and background or just sending yourself without request?

I received a letter sent by post in which they asked me to deliver my documents from the CIC

Our reps just linked ours but we are March 1 applicants. All communications came through email and we mailed all documentation. We had no problems whatsoever and I was happy to not have to deal with any technical glitches. Within 2months of submitting every document requested was sent in and received including medical and London Visa Office received and started working on the file.

Maybe it all depends on country to country, from case to case ... I got letters by post and for medical examination and for sending PCC & ShedA

Hi everyone i hope someone could shed light on this. The mother of my husband's kids refused to have medical exam for the kids.

Oh,so even having a representative we can check the status of our case somewhere? I thought only representative can,or am I wrong?

And I am very sorry, I can't answer your question regarding kids as we don't have babies yet

I first got medical, I did an overview and sent it electronically after a couple of days PCC SchA, I send the express post to mississauga tomorrow, I have to send the original by 20.10

i was under the impression that if you upload them to your account then theres no need to send them via post? did they ask you for the uploads and the hard copy?

It depends on the country. The doctor my wife went to sent it directly. We didn't even see the form and it was approved.

You thought of a medical document that it was my do-it-yourself, they sent it directly, the police certificate asked me to send the original.
