My spouse was asked to submit PCC from USA apart from his country of residence. Waiting to receive the PCC .Do they stop the processing until they get it or will they continue working on other aspects of it? Also I haven't received AOR2 or the email stating they are forwarding my spouse's application to VO. Requested Sch Back and PCC(India) on September 21st and submitted on September 28th. Any idea what might be the delay? Thank You

Usually when they request documents they put it aside and set a "bring forward date" in the near term future to pull up the file again and see if you've submitted what they asked. They may be waiting to transfer the file until they have all docs required, or just doing some of the processing in CPC M

Balkan, did you send original (hard copies) of pcc and background by post office, why? Our lawyer also insists that we don't need to upload through online account (she didn't even link for us) but just send originals by post to missisauga.
we did not do an online account, we lost a lot of time to sign up, to finally hear that the online account is reluctant to do what it takes, as there is a newspaper in their system and have a lot of complaints about the work of Gskay. He told us that this is better. .

Bluegirl,so did your representative eventually link your application and if not how do you communicate with CIC. How did you submit your pcc and background declaration? did you wait for them to request it or just sent yourself?

Our reps just linked ours but we are March 1 applicants. All communications came through email and we mailed all documentation. We had no problems whatsoever and I was happy to not have to deal with any technical glitches. Within 2months of submitting every document requested was sent in and received including medical and London Visa Office received and started working on the file.

How nice to hear, did you wait for them to request pcc and background or just your reps just sent it yourself? Was it my email or through post,as our lawyer assures us that they need strictly original pcc mail by post to missisauga.

Thanks for your answer, I just didn't exactly understand why our reps cannot send scans through web form and has to send original through post, isn't it delaying the process?

I can't really tell you that as it is up to your rep but we are in Canada and got next day post then no, it did not delay anything...and I much much prefer sending things by hard copy anyway. Just personal preference though
HI I have a question for you guys. I am a sponsor and my spouse is working in UAE untill December 2017, after that she will be returning her home country(India) permanently. So if CIC send her file to UAE VO for processing, what happens after December. I know she needs to update her home address but I am wondering that they will gonna forward her file from UAE VO to India VP
