To answer your question, yes thats the AOR. The UCI and Application number should be at the top (right before "This is an automated message. Please DO NOT RESPOND to this message."

That's a bit strange there's no UCI but I did a quick google search and it looks like it's a glitch so you should be okay. Check this out for info

No, she already had an OWP from before our application.

Yes, some people from August and September are still waiting for AOR

Totally normal. It's less than a month since you submitted. Back in the days, it TOOK most cases 3 months to get AOR.
